Steak and Parmesan-Grlled Vegetables

2 Beef T-bone steaks*
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tb Olive oil 2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 Bell peppers, quartered
1 lg Red onion; cut crosswise into 1/2" slices

--------------------Seasoning----------------
1 tb Crushed garlic
2 ts Dried basil leaves
1 ts Pepper

*or porterhouse steaks, well-trimmed, about 1" thick.In small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients (garlic, basil, and pepper); mix well. Remove 4 teaspoons seasoning; press into both sides of steaks. Add parmesan cheese, oil and vinegar to remaining seasoning, mixing well; set aside. Place steaks in center of grid over medium ash-covered coals; arrange bell peppers, and red onion around the steaks.Grill steaks uncovered 14 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.Grill peppers 12 to 15 minutes and onion 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning once. Brush steaks and vegetables with reserved cheese mixture during last 10 minutes of grilling. Season steaks as desired. Serve with the vegetables.

Barbecued Fingers On Sour Dough A Halloween Dinner For Kids

A fist full of flavor your kids will never forget on Halloween night for dinner.



Ingredients:


3 Hot dogs
1/4 cup Barbecue sauce
2 slices of sour dough bread.

Preparation: Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise.
In a skillet, fry the hot dog pieces until they are lightly browned. Add barbecue sauce and coat the hot dog halves.
Heat for two more minutes and place 5 halves on a slice of sour bread arranging them in a hand like position, fore finger, thumb, and etc. Topping it off with a second slice of sour dough bread.

Final step: Cut it in half and serve with a stare.
